The Ravens have acquired OLB Dre'Mont Jones from the Tennessee Titans in exchange for a 2026 conditional fifth-round pick, pending the passing of a physical.
The conditional fifth-round pick could turn into a fourth-round pick, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
"The NFL is too crazy lol," Jones wrote on X Monday night. "Thank you Titans family I loved and appreciated my short time in Nashville too much. [Titans quarterback] Cam [Ward] is the truth too y'all give 'em time, he can be great! I'm ready to be Raven rocking that purple and black!"
Jones had 4.5 sacks over the last four games with the Titans. The 28-year-old pass rusher was originally a 2019 third-round pick by the Denver Broncos, where he spent his first four seasons.
He then played for the Seattle Seahawks for two seasons before signing a one-year deal with Tennessee this spring. Jones has recorded at least 3.5 sacks in all seven seasons of his career and set career highs with 6.5 in 2020 and 2022.
The Ravens' outside linebacker room was thin after Odafe Oweh was traded to the Chargers and Tavius Robinson landed on injured reserve with a foot injury. Jones will join Kyle Van Noy, Mike Green, and David Ojabo as the fourth outside linebacker on the Ravens' 53-man roster.
