In 2022, the NFL launched its Global Markets Program, giving teams access to create fan engagement efforts and events in international territories and build fandom beyond the U.S. This year, the Ravens joined the program and have been granted marketing rights in the United Kingdom – a country that already has both strong ties to the team and a substantial, loyal Ravens fanbase.

The Ravens first played at London's Wembley Stadium in 2017 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, then returned in 2023 and defeated the Tennessee Titans at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Hordes of Ravens fans traveled to both games from the United Kingdom and other parts of Europe. The Ravens also have an integral connection to England's history. Live ravens live at the Tower of London and legend has it that they protect the Crown and the Tower, which would fall if they left. The colors purple and gold also signify royalty and are prevalent in the UK's monarchy.

Stay tuned for updates about upcoming Ravens events in the UK!
