Derrick Henry's strict diet went viral earlier this summer when he revealed how he intermittently fasts.

But after it got lots of attention from the FOX broadcast crew and Tom Brady during last week's game in Dallas, Henry wanted to set the record straight.

"It gave me a little too much credit. Eating at 4 or 5 is not something that I think every day is sustainable," Henry said with a laugh during an interview on "Good Morning Football."

"Four or five o'clock every day, I would be a stick figure."

Henry says he does that sometimes when he's getting body treatment or IVs. But that's not his routine. In the offseason, Henry usually fasts until about 1 or 2 p.m.

"Most of the time I usually wait until 12 to eat a meal," he said. "In the morning, I'll eat avocado, spinach and kale right as soon as I get into the building."
