Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson are taking turns winning weekly honors.
Henry has been named AFC Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season, after Jackson won the award in Week 5 and Henry won it in Week 4.
It's the first time in team history that a Raven has won Offensive Player of the Week three consecutive times.
Leading the Ravens to a 30-23 victory over the Washington Commanders in Week 6, Henry rushed for 132 yards and two touchdowns while averaging 5.5 yards per carry. It's the ninth time in Henry's career that he's been named conference player of the week.
Henry leads the NFL in rushing yards (704) and total touchdowns (nine), well on his way to topping 1,000 yards for the third consecutive year and for the sixth time in nine seasons. Henry won league rushing titles in 2019 and '20, and he enters Week 7 with a 95-yard lead over Jordan Mason (609 yards) of the San Francisco 49ers.
Like the Ravens (4-2) who have won four straight, Henry is on a roll. He's averaging 143.5 yards over the last four games, continuing a historic start with Baltimore after playing eight seasons with the Tennessee Titans. Against the Bengals in Week 5, Henry became just the 32nd player in NFL history to reach 10,000 yards and the 14th running back to reach 100 career touchdowns.
With 10,206 yards, Henry is the all-time leading rusher among active players. He needs 402 more yards to become one of the league's top 25 all-time rushers.
