The Ravens will be without their starting left tackle again this week.

Eugene Monroe is inactive for Sunday's matchup with the Chargers because of a shoulder injury he suffered against the Cardinals Monday night. This is the fourth game Monroe has missed this season, as he was sidelined earlier in the year with a concussion.

James Hurst will get the start in Monroe's absence.

While Monroe is out, most of the other players nursing injuries coming into the weekend are active.

Starting left guard Kelechi Osemele (knee) is active after getting hurt in last week's game. Wide receiver Steve Smith Sr. is active after tweaking his knee in practice this week. Starting safety Kendrick Lewis (knee) and rookie tight end Maxx Williams (knee/ankle) are also active after missing last week's game.

The inactives for Baltimore are wide receivers Jeremy Butler and Breshad Perriman (knee), cornerback Tray Walker (concussion), safety Terrence Brooks (thumb), offensive lineman De'Ondre Wesley and defensive tackle Kapron Lewis-Moore.

The Chargers are dealing with some key injuries on their side, as Pro Bowl safety Eric Weddle (groin) and inside linebacker Manti Te'o (ankle) are both out. They are the Chargers' two leading tacklers.

San Diego will have veteran tight end Antonio Gates, as he is active after missing practice time with a knee injury.
