Zay Flowers Doubtful, But Has 'A Chance' to Play vs. Bills

Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers did not practice Friday but does appear closer to returning to the field.

Flowers is officially doubtful to play Sunday night against the Buffalo Bills in the divisional round, meaning he hasn't been ruled out.

Flowers went through a workout before the final practice of the week, with Head Coach John Harbaugh and Ravens medical staff looking on.

"I think he'll have a chance," Harbaugh said.

Flowers hasn't practiced since suffering a knee injury in the Ravens' regular-season finale against the Browns. However, Harbaugh said at the start of the week that the team's leading wide receiver could still play Sunday even if he doesn't practice all week.

Wide receiver/returner Deonte Harty (knee) practiced fully all week but would need to be elevated to the 53-man roster to play in Sunday's game.

The Ravens ran over the Steelers without Flowers in their first playoff game. Baltimore is hoping to get the Pro Bowl receiver back against the Bills but is confident in the offense even if he misses a second straight game.

"Hopefully, Zay will be able to go, but if not, we have a lot of really good players," Offensive Coordinator Todd Monken said Thursday. "We really do. We're fortunate. We have a lot of really good players, and we anticipate them playing well."

Bills Backup Running Back Is Questionable

The Bills are healthy entering the game, as backup running back Ray Davis is the only player questionable to play.

Davis is still dealing with a concussion and has been wearing a red non-contact jersey and practicing on a limited basis throughout the week. Davis had 442 rushing yards and six total touchdowns during the regular season.

The Bills had 12 players on their injury report, but 10 of them were full participants throughout the week.
