First-round cornerback Nate Wiggins went to the locker room with a shoulder injury early in the second half of Friday's preseason opener against the Eagles. The injury appeared to occur when Wiggins dove for a tackle, and he did not return to the game.
After the play, Wiggins went to the medical tent, where he spent a few minutes and then walked inside accompanied by the team's medical staff.
Wiggins had a strong preseason debut with three passes defended on the opening drive and sticky coverage throughout.
Safety Sanoussi Kane left the game after a big hit in the middle of the field. He was ruled out with a stinger.
After the game, Head Coach John Harbaugh didn't have an update on any injured players.
