Opening statement:"Great to see everybody. We had a really good practice – very sharp, a lot of enthusiasm. We're getting ready to go."
On if CB Chris McAlister will be out for the year:"[I] don't know yet. I haven't talked to Chris or Ozzie [Newsome] yet. He was in the meetings this morning. He did not practice with the knee, so I don't have any new update at this point."
On McAlister's status for the game Sunday:"I don't think he's going to go in the game. He's down for the game. He hasn't been able to practice all week with the knee. And he's had the, obviously, the consultations with the doctors, so he's out for the game. But I haven't heard anything else besides that."
On the status of CB Samari Rolle:"Samari, I'm going to say [is] doubtful right now, just because he's practiced, [but] he's had the red [no contact] shirt on. The contact, we haven't really had him do any of the contact stuff this week. But he's done really well. I don't think he's real comfortable with it right now, so we'll say doubtful."
On how important the success of CBs Frank Walker and Fabian Washington has been with McAlister and Rolle out:"I think our scouting department, Ozzie and George [Kokinis] and Vince Newsome did a great job in the offseason of really shoring up our depth – along with the draft, really, because, it's come from the draft, and it's come from the pro side. We've got some depth in the secondary, and they've been playing all year like starters, as starters, and that's what you hope those guys can do."
On how T Jared Gaither is feeling:"Jared has had a stinger in the neck issue. It came up in practice on Wednesday, so he hasn't practiced, but we believe he will be fine."
On if T Adam Terry will be doubtful for Sunday:"I think Adam has a good chance to play. We'll just have to see how he responds to the three days of practice, but he's prepared to play."
