Gamedays at M&T Bank Stadium bring a variety of guests from all over to cheer on our Baltimore Ravens. In order to provide our guests with a great experience, it requires the hiring of the right team member who are willing to take care of our guests as if they are family. This task is not for everyone, but our Ticket Office was lucky to hire George Thompson 17 years ago to set the tone for our Club Level Concierge team. George was nominated by 3 of his peers from his consistent performance and helpfulness on gameday. Below are the nominations as to why George was nominated for the President's Award
George Thompson is in his 17th year as a Club Concierge. But George isn't resting on his laurels, he comes to every Ravens home game ready to work and serve our fans and his fellow gameday staff. George is beloved by his own family and has retired from his day job (not to mention his military service), but he chooses to leave the comfort of his home and loved ones to help us meet and exceed our service expectations. Not only does George "hold court" at his concierge desk because everyone knows him, but he also seeks out fans and staff to see how he can help them. If you don't know George, you'd never guess that he's about to turn 80. And if don't know George, come meet him and ask him about all of his many lapel pins!
