The Ravens know who they will see in the 2015 preseason.
The NFL released the preseason matchups Thursday afternoon, although the exact dates and times for some of the games will be determined later in the year.
Here's the Ravens' preseason schedule:
Aug. 13: New Orleans at Baltimore
Aug. 21 or 22: Baltimore at Philadelphia
Aug. 28 or 29: Washington at Baltimore
Sept. 3: Baltimore at Atlanta
The preseason schedule is similar to most years, where the Ravens will primarily play regional foes without facing any teams they will see during the regular season. Last year was the exception, as the 49ers visited Baltimore for a prolonged stay and the Ravens faced the Saints ahead of their regular-season meeting.
The preseason slate also includes bringing the Falcons back on the schedule after not playing them in 2014. This will be the ninth time in the last 12 years that the Ravens have played the Falcons in the preseason.
Getting the third preseason game at M&T Bank Stadium is also a perk for Ravens fans, as the starters generally see the most action in that game. That game will also draw plenty of local interest in the Washington-Baltimore region because of the matchup with the* *nearby Redskins.
