The Ravens can clinch a sixth-straight trip to postseason this weekend.

Baltimore (8-6) would head back to the playoffs with a win over the New England Patriots (10-4) Sunday at M&T Bank Stadium, plus a loss by the Miami Dolphins (8-6) and a loss or tie by the San Diego Chargers (7-7).

The Ravens currently hold the AFC's No. 6 seed in the AFC because of a tiebreaker over the Dolphins. The Chargers crept back into the playoff race with an upset over the Denver Broncos last week, and they are just one game behind Baltimore and Miami.

The Dolphins play at the Buffalo Bills (5-9) this week, while the Chargers take on the Oakland Raiders (4-10) at home. Miami has won four of its last five games and the San Diego has won two straight games.

With Monday night's thrilling 18-16 win over the Detroit Lions, the Ravens have now won four in a row.

"We're playing our best football right now and we're going to have to continue to improve with what we have in front of us down the stretch," Head Coach John Harbaugh said after the win.

In addition to having a chance to clinch a wild-card spot, the Ravens still have a shot at the AFC North crown. With the Bengals (9-5) losing to the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday, the Ravens are just one game a back in the division race with a Week 17 matchup in Cincinnati looming. The Bengals face the Minnesota Vikings (4-9-1) in Cincinnati this week.

If the Ravens win out, they would win the division for the third straight season.

The Ravens have made the playoffs in every season since Harbaugh and Joe Flacco arrived in Baltimore in 2008, and they have the league's longest current streak of consecutive playoff appearances.
