Fans can get their jersey orders ready for the newest Ravens.
Baltimore has assigned jersey numbers to tight end Hayden Hurst and quarterback Lamar Jackson, who the Ravens drafted in the first round Thursday night. Hurst will wear No. 81 and Jackson will go with No. 8, which were both numbers they wore in college.
Both numbers were open, so the rookies didn't have to engage in any negotiations with veteran players to get their college numbers.
Some of the other players who have worn No. 81 include wide receivers Anquan Boldin, Michael Jackson and Keenan Reynolds, and tight end Owen Daniels.
No. 8 was previously worn by quarterbacks Trent Dilfer, Kyle Boller and Matt Schaub.
