Ravens Launch FlockBot to Answer Your Questions

Introducing your new virtual assistant / virtual concierge / chatbot.

Call it whatever you want, but we call it the FlockBot.

The Ravens have launched the new interactive virtual assistant – it's not a real person! – to help answer your pressing questions 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Fans can access the FlockBot in the Ravens Mobile app (for iPhone and Android) and on the Ravens website (Contact Us page).

You can ask questions about M&T Bank Stadium, tickets, gameday and team info. Such examples include, "What time do the stadium gates open," or "Where can I find a crabcake?"

FlockBot provides immediate responses and can still connect you to a real person if necessary.

"We're always thinking about how we can utilize technology to enhance the fan experience – both inside and outside the stadium," said Director of Digital Media Dave Lang.

"Our hope is the FlockBot will help us to improve customer service by more rapidly responding to fans questions and concerns."
