Ravens Re-Sign Robert Myers To Practice Squad

Robert Myers has come full circle.

The Ravens' fifth-round draft pick was re-signed to Baltimore's practice squad Monday morning. Baltimore waived tackle Tony Hills to make room for Myers.

Myers was part of the Ravens' final cuts to 53 players. He was claimed off waivers by the Indianapolis Colts, but lasted just a couple weeks there and was released on Sept. 18.

Myers is a developmental 6-foot-5, 335-pound prospect from Tennessee State who drew attention for his massive quads at the NFL Scouting Combine. He has great size, but needs to improve his technique.

Nicknamed "Snacks," Myers will now have time to hone his craft under Offensive Line Coach Juan Castillo, who has a reputation for molding young offensive linemen, unless he is signed to somebody else's active roster.
