The Ravens' 2013 draft class went through their official NFL orientation the past four days, as they were in Ohio for the NFL Rookie Symposium.
The event is for all drafted rookies based on four principles, according to its website: NFL history, total wellness, experience and professionalism.
The symposium includes presentations, videos, and workshops focused on these principles as well as other topics, including player health and safety, decision making, mental health, substance abuse and domestic violence prevention, non-discrimination, and maintaining positive relationships.
The league brings in guest speakers and former players, including Adam "Pacman" Jones, Terry "Tank" Johnson, Troy Vincent and Brian Dawkins.
Jones told the rookies there is no escaping their past. Vincent told them about the short shelf life of NFL players, and stressed professionalism.
The orientation concluded with a trip to the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Wednesday.
