The Ravens signed defensive tackle Elijah Qualls Saturday, filling the open roster spot left by the trade of Alex Lewis to the New York Jets.
Qualls was a sixth-round pick of the Philadelphia Eagles in 2017. He played in six games and made four tackles for the Super Bowl LII champions.
The 6-foot-1, 321-pound University of Washington product didn't make the Eagles' 53-man roster the following year and landed on the Carolina Panthers' practice squad. He was waived with a non-football injury on July 24 as training camp was about to kick off.
