The Ravens keep making headway towards signing their rookie class.
Baltimore inked fourth-round running back Lorenzo Taliaferro Friday afternoon. Taliaferro was the Ravens' second fourth-round pick, No. 138 overall.
The terms of the deal are not released by the team.
The Ravens only have their top three picks (linebacker C.J. Mosley, defensive tackle Timmy Jernigan and safety Terrence Brooks, respectively) and fourth-round defensive end Brent Urban left to sign.
"I'm just letting my agent work that kind of stuff out now," Jenigan told reporters on Friday. "When it's time, we'll get it out of the way."
A Coastal Carolina product, Taliaferro rumbled to school and league records with 276 carries for 1,729 yards and 27 touchdowns last year. The 6-foot-0, 230-pounder had nine games with at least 100 rushing yards.
Taliaferro is more than a big-bodied back. He added 23 receptions for 153 yards and is also a very strong pass blocker, something he showed off at the Senior Bowl.
On Thursday, the Ravens also formally announced that they signed seventh-round wide receiver Michael Campanaro.
