The Ravens plan to start Lamar Jackson at quarterback for the third consecutive game, according to a report from NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.
The report said Joe Flacco has not been medically cleared to play, although his status could change in the coming days.
The Ravens have not given any official report on Flacco's status and have not named a starter.
Flacco has not practiced or played since suffering a right hip injury Nov. 4 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Ravens Head Coach John Harbaugh said Monday that Flacco was scheduled to visit a doctor that day to have his injured right hip reexamined. He must be cleared by a doctor before he returns to practice or game action.
Harbaugh is in no rush to announce his starting quarterback for the game in Atlanta. He might not at all this week, but once Flacco is cleared to play, the Ravens will have a decision to make. The Ravens had Tuesday off but will resume practice Wednesday. The Ravens (6-5) are 2-0 with Jackson as their starter, both victories coming at home.
