Ravens President Sashi Brown said it remains uncertain when the NFL's investigation regarding Justin Tucker will conclude.
The NFL is investigating allegations reported by The Baltimore Banner. Sixteen massage therapists at eight spas have alleged that Tucker engaged in inappropriate sexual behavior during sessions between 2012 and 2016. Tucker has denied the allegations.
Speaking at the NFL Owners meeting on Sunday, Brown said the Ravens had received updates from the league regarding the Tucker investigation.
"We have been in contact with the league periodically," Brown said. "We try to respect and stay at an arm's length as they conduct their investigation.
"For a lot of reasons you can imagine, you wouldn't want to have multiple investigations going on. [That would] not be fair to anybody involved, including those who have made allegations."
Brown said he has been given no timetable on when the investigation will conclude.
"These investigations take time," Brown said. "That's never satisfying to anybody involved, probably including Justin and the folks that made the allegations. But this is an issue, generally as a society in terms of women making claims that takes a lot of courage and bravery, and frankly as a society we haven't gotten right for too long.
"From our standpoint, we want to make sure we have great understanding of the facts. Hear both sides of the situation and that we allow the investigation to be properly conducted and concluded and make decisions based on full information."
Ravens Remain Interested in Bringing the Draft to Baltimore
The NFL has been moving the draft to different cities each year, and Brown said the Ravens remain interested in hosting a future draft in Baltimore.
"We're very interested in trying to convince the league that Baltimore is going to be the best site for a draft of all time," Brown said. "We're a ways away before the league makes any decisions on that. It's on us to convince them that our city's going to be the right site.
"We're excited to see what happens in Green Bay [in April]. Detroit was a great experience. Las Vegas before that. We've got some great plans that we plan to present to the league and hopefully we convince them to bring one to Baltimore here in the next few years."
Ravens Hope to Avoid a Third Straight Christmas Road Game
The 2025 NFL schedule has not been released, but the Ravens want to avoid spending a third straight Christmas on the road.
Baltimore has played terrific football on Christmas recently, winning convincingly against the San Francisco 49ers in 2023 and the Houston Texans in 2024. However, Brown indicated the Ravens would like spend Christmas at home in 2025, watching someone else play.
"I'll just say there have been a few conversations between us and the league," Brown said. "We are honored and delighted and privileged to play the game. We hope that they spread the joy of playing on Christmas on the road to some of our brethren around the league."
John Harbaugh's Recent Contract Extension Continue Ravens Continuity
On Friday, the Ravens announced a three-year contract extension with Head Coach John Harbaugh through the 2028 season. Brown said Harbaugh's presence during his 17-year tenure has been a major reason for the franchise's success.
"He's been so steady, helped us really establish the Ravens way," Brown said. "Unbelievable leader, good friend, tremendously organized, sets a culture, and he evolves himself which has been phenomenal to watch. I take a lot away in terms of my own growth just being alongside him, watching him."
Brown said it was important for the Ravens to reach an extension with Harbaugh this offseason.
"I'm really glad to get a deal done with him," Brown said. "It's kind of been our normal cadence, which is before he even enters his final year, we extend him."
Ticket Prices Will Not Increase in 2025
Brown confirmed that the prices for Ravens' tickets will not increase before the 2025 season.
"We've historically had a sequence in terms with ticket prices of off and on [years of increases]," Brown said. "We feel it provides some certainly to the fans who are not wondering every year how much my prices are going to go up.
"We think it's in the best interest of our fans. Our renewal rates with PSL owners have been very high. All the new products we brought online have been well received."
The Ravens' multi-year project (2024-2026) to enhance M&T Bank Stadium continues, and Brown said this year's offseason renovations are continuing on schedule.
"The bulk and major renovations, of the three phases, will happen this year," Brown said. "We've got three new clubs coming in on the lower level, the stadium, first level stadium. We've got end zone suites that will come in. We've got plazas that will start to take form as well. So it's a really exciting offseason, a lot of work being done. We're really excited about bringing all that to life this fall."
