Courtney Upshaw is all of a sudden turning into The Incredible Hulk.
There's nothing the rookie brute can't do.
He can play outside linebacker. He can play defensive tackle. Now he can also flip cars, with the help of some clever video editing.
That's what Upshaw appears to do in a commercial for Gamma Labs, a natural supplements provider. He filmed it this summer in New Jersey.
While some other weaklings are messing around with giant tires, Upshaw drinks his special concoction, stretches out (whew, good thing), then bends over and rolls a super busted Toyota.
I have a broken down 1997 Acura Integra, so I asked Upshaw if he thought he could toss it. (Maybe that would finally give me an excuse for an upgrade).
"Let's put it like this," Upshaw said, as if he didn't know I was joking. "It's a little movie magic, man. You know how they do that. They just made me look good."
Anyway, here’s the commercial. For the most part, I give Upshaw two thumbs up for his acting. Not up to Ray Lewis' level yet, but he's on his way.
