The Caw: Ranking Justin Tucker's Game-Winning Kick Dances

03_Caw_TuckerDance_news.jpg

I have a feeling part of the reason why Justin Tucker enjoys game-winning kicks (besides the game-winning part) is because he doesn't have to jog off the field afterwards.

The field turns into his dance floor and it's a party with his teammates. In other words, it's boogie time.

By now, you've surely seen Tucker's latest dance, Drake's "Hotline Bling," following his game-winning 39-yard field goal against the San Diego Chargers.

I wanted to get the story behind the dance. For example, when does Tucker come up with this stuff?

He said some of the celebrations are spur of the moment, but other ideas originate in the locker room while joking around with teammates.

"Drake's video came out pretty recently and we were all in here messing around and somebody was like, 'If I get in the end zone or I make a big tackle, I'll hit a little of the Hotline Bling,'" Tucker said. "I'm like, 'Nah, man, if I hit a game winner this week, I'm doing it.'"

For some unknown reason, the teammate didn't believe he'd do it.

"Just watch," Tucker told him.

Sure enough, Tucker nailed the game winner and busted it out.

"Based on the feedback I've received, I probably should practice more," Tucker said. "I think it's more important to practice kicking a ball straight so I have the opportunity to goof around and have fun after a game like that."

This is hardly the first time Tucker has danced, and it got me thinking about those past celebrations and which ones were the best.

Tucker has nine career game-winning field goals. Here's how I'd rank the top four:

1. Steelers air guitar rock out (10/1/15)

2. Drake's 'Hotline Bling' (11/1/15)

3. Cousin Terio Ooh Killem (10/10/13)

4. 61-Yard Kick in Detroit (12/16/13)
