The Ravens already knew they'd be without cornerback Jimmy Smith, who was ruled out Friday because of his ankle injury.
They did get good news on the status of another cornerback, however, as Jerraud Powers will play after being limited throughout the week because of a concussion.
The top three of Baltimore's cornerback corps Sunday versus the Philadelphia Eagles is rookie Tavon Young, Shareece Wright and Powers. It will be an opportunity for the Ravens to prove they can still be a top defense without Smith.
Wide receiver Michael Campanaro is active, and will play his first game of the 2016 season after being called up to the 53-man roster this week. Expect Campanaro to be the team's primary returner after the release of Devin Hester.
Campanaro hasn't played in an NFL game since Oct. 1, 2015, when he scored a rushing touchdown against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Ravens' other inactives are running back Javorius Allen, inside linebacker Lamar Louis, guard/center Ryan Jensen, guard/tackle Alex Lewis, tight end Crockett Gillmore and outside linebacker Za'Darius Smith.
Gillmore returned to practice this week on a limited basis, but he either isn't ready to play yet or the Ravens are simply opting to stick with Nick Boyle and Darren Waller as the backup tight ends.
It's a similar situation with Lewis, who was a full practice participant all week after suffering an ankle injury on Nov. 10 and missing the past four games. Lewis may be healthy enough to play, but doesn't have a clear position to return to with Marshal Yanda at left guard and Ronnie Stanley at left tackle.
Head Coach John Harbaugh said Lewis can play right guard, where he would step in for Vladimir Ducasse, but that could take time to adjust to. Lewis hasn't played right guard since his freshman year of college. Ducasse has also played well.
It's the second straight game, and third time in four weeks, that Za'Darius Smith has been scratched. Rookies Matthew Judon and Kamalei Correa are active over Smith.
The biggest inactives news comes on Philadelphia's side. The Eagles will be starting two backups on their offensive line.
Philadelphia right tackle Lane Johnson is serving the final game of a 10-game suspension and his replacement, Halapoulivaati Vaitai, is injured. The third option at right tackle, Allen Barbre, is also injured. That means rookie backup left guard Isaac Seumalo will start at right tackle. With Barbre out, backup Stefen Wisniewski will start at left guard.
