Head Coach Sean Payton

On the Broncos losing, 41-10:

"They beat us, pretty much in all three phases. We didn't do a good enough job coaching. We lost to a good football team. It's disappointing. ... I mentioned at the start of the week that some of the numbers can be a little misleading, relative to what they do well defensively because you end up in a game where you have to become one-dimensional. Obviously, that happened to us today."

On the Ravens scoring at the end of the second quarter and beginning of the third quarter:

"I mean, it's a big swing. You know when you play a good team like this on the road, you're wanting to get it into the fourth quarter, and we weren't able to do that."

On if he was so aggressive on fourth down because of Baltimore's offense:

"Yes. I think there are some games where your palate has to change. Certainly, we felt this was one of those games that can vary based on the opponent."

On the trick play touchdown call:

"It's hard to explain. They play a zero-funnel coverage. It can become complicated. We have a series of zero-funnel beaters, but one of them, the guy that's not getting covered, technically in man, is the QB. But, if you don't get zero-funnel, then you check to a different play. We got the right look. I wouldn't have called it if I knew it would have been that close. They did a good job. Courtland [Sutton] made a good throw. It was a tight-read scoring play."

QB Bo Nix

On if converting those early fourth downs would have changed the game:

"They're obviously very important plays in the game, and you never know what happens at the end of the drive if you hit them. We came away with no points on several of those fourth downs, and you just never know. Obviously, if you hit those, the game I guess could change. [There were] a lot of what-ifs in this game, and the fact of the matter is we had our butts kicked."

On the Ravens scoring at the end of the first half and start of the second half:

"Hats off to them. They executed better on offense than we did, and they made plays when it mattered, and they were explosive."

On meeting Lamar Jackson and how Jackson played:

"[Lamar Jackson] played really well again. He's a phenomenal football player, throws the ball really well. He used several arm angles today that's just really good, and it's hard to do what he does on a consistent basis. ... He's a phenomenal player. That's why he's got all the accolades that he does. I was able to see him for a brief time after the game. It's just mutual respect. We've both been in each other's shoes. We understand what it's like to navigate the craziness. I think it's special to be able to share a field with a guy like that. Hopefully, there's many more."

RB Javonte Williams

On what the Broncos could have done better:

"I feel like, [at] the start of the game, we were playing pretty good, but I think the Zay Flowers touchdown right before the half kind of hurt us a little bit. After that, we were behind the eight ball, and they came out and scored again. After that, we were pretty much in pass mode."

CB Riley Moss

On what went wrong against the Ravens:

"It just wasn't fundamentally sound football. We gave up too many big plays and that will kill you, especially against a team like this."

On if the skill of Baltimore's offense makes the loss any easier to handle:

"Football is a humbling game and that's the beauty of it. The highest of the highs and the lowest of the lows. Everyone in the locker room loves this game and we can't forget that. Especially when you get your teeth beat in like this."

S Devon Key

On if it was surprising how explosive the Ravens offense was:

"It really wasn't surprising. We knew they were a good offense. We just had to come out there and compete."
