The Ravens will again run with two rookie offensive linemen on the left side Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons.
Left tackle Eugene Monroe (knee) and left guard Kelechi Osemele (knee) were both doubtful to play and will both sit.
That means undrafted rookie James Hurst will start his fourth game at left tackle. Fifth-round pick John Urschel, who played very well in his debut last week in Tampa Bay, will get a second straight week.
The Ravens are returning rookie second-round draft pick Timmy Jernigan, however. The defensive tackle has missed the past four games due to a knee injury.
He will help offset the loss of defensive end Chris Canty, who will be sidelined for a third straight week after having wrist surgery.
Safety Will Hill will make his debut as well. The playmaker was suspended for the first six weeks of the season but practiced this week and was brought up to the active roster on Saturday.
Hill will take the place of cornerback Chykie Brown on the gameday roster. Brown is inactive for the first time since his rookie season in 2011.
With Hill, the Ravens have seven safeties, and all of them are active. It remains to be seen how Baltimore will work Hill into the mix.
Wide receiver Marlon Brown (pelvis) will miss a second straight week. He was probable to play, however. Wide receiver Michael Campanaro will be active again after catching a 19-yard touchdown in Tampa Bay.
Along with Marlon Brown, Chykie Brown, Canty, Monroe and Osemele, the Ravens' other inactives are inside linebacker Arthur Brown and tight end Ryan Taylor.
The Falcons' inactives are wide receiver Harry Douglas, defensive end Cliff Matthews, guard Harland Gunn, tackle Cameron Bradfield, linebacker Tyler Staff, cornerback Javier Arenas and quarterback Sean Refree.
