Top Free Agents Still Available After First Wave
These 20 free agents could help the Ravens at cornerback, safety, linebacker, offensive line, and defensive line.

CB Asante Samuel Jr.
Samuel, a second-round pick in 2021, has started 47 games in his career but was limited to just four last season due to a shoulder injury. Entering his age-26 season, he could be a plug-and-play starter that offers upside.

DT Calais Campbell
Campbell will be 39 next season, but he hasn't shown signs of slowing down. He had five sacks last season and 6.5 the year before in Miami.

OLB Za'Darius Smith
Smith had nine sacks in 2024, splitting time between the Browns and Lions. The former Raven still has pass rush juice and could give Baltimore depth alongside Kyle Van Noy and Odafe Oweh.

S Justin Simmons
Simmons started 16 games for the Falcons last season and is a solid veteran patrolling the secondary. The Ravens could add another safety to allow Kyle Hamilton to play closer to the line of scrimmage.

CB Stephon Gilmore
Gilmore was the oldest cornerback in the NFL last season, but he held up well, starting 15 games. The former Defensive Player of the Year was an above average cornerback, according to Pro Football Focus (PFF).

ILB Kyzir White
White started all 17 games for the Cardinals in 2024, finishing with 137 tackles and 2.5 sacks. With Chris Board and Malik Harrison leaving in free agency, White could compete with Trenton Simpson for a starting spot.

OG Shaq Mason
Starting 15 games for the Texans, Mason had a 62.3 PFF grade, which was middle of the pack for guards. Mason could be a veteran to compete with Andrew Vorhees for the starting left guard spot.

CB Rasul Douglas
Douglas was a key cornerback for Buffalo last season and could compete for a starting spot in Baltimore. With Brandon Stephens joining the Jets, Baltimore has a hole to fill next to Nate Wiggins and Marlon Humphrey.

OG Brandon Scherff
Scherff has been a durable player into his 30s, starting all 17 games each of the past three seasons in Jacksonville. PFF had him graded as an above average guard in 2024, when he allowed no sacks.

S Julian Blackmon
Entering his age-27 season, Blackmon would be a strong addition to Baltimore's secondary. He has 10 career interceptions and graded out well above average in coverage at safety, according to PFF.

CB Mike Hilton
Hilton has spent all of his eight seasons in the AFC North, starting in Pittsburgh and then moving to Cincinnati. Primarily a slot corner, Hilton has been durable throughout his career.

OLB Matthew Judon
Judon played his first five seasons with the Ravens before posting career numbers in New England. Judon had 5.5 sacks in Atlanta last year and could add depth to Baltimore's rotation.

ILB E.J. Speed
Speed had 142 tackles and started 15 games for the Colts last season, and he had previously been a consistent special teams contributor. He could give the Ravens a veteran option to compete with Simpson.

G Will Hernandez
Hernandez has over 90 starts in his NFL career, but he was limited to just five last season after tearing his ACL. He could be a strong depth option at guard who could compete for a starting job if healthy.

DT Raekwon Davis
At 6-foot-7, 325 pounds, Davis is a run stuffer up the middle that could help replace the recently retired Michael Pierce. Davis played all 17 games last season, registering 15 tackles.

ILB Eric Kendricks
The 33-year-old Kendricks had a strong season with the Cowboys, finishing with 138 tackles, three sacks and two interceptions. The former All-Pro could compete for a starting spot in Baltimore.

T Joe Noteboom
Noteboom has played his entire career with the Rams and could be a strong depth tackle with Josh Jones signing in Seattle.

OLB Preston Smith
Smith was traded to the Steelers at the deadline last season but only had two sacks in Pittsburgh. Entering his age-33 season, Smith is at the back end of his career but could provide depth.

ILB C.J. Mosley
Mosley was limited to four games with toe and neck injuries, leading to his release from the Jets. The former Raven led the NFL in tackles in 2021 and wouldn't count towards the compensatory pick formula.

CB Kendall Fuller
PFF graded Fuller above average across the board, as he started 11 games for Miami. He will be 30 next season, but Fuller has a strong resume and ball production (16 career interceptions) that could interest the Ravens. He's a Baltimore native.
