Ben Davis is in his first season with the Ravens, serving as a coaching research engineer, a newly-created position. Davis was named a finalist in 2024 for the NFL's Big Data Bowl, an annual analytics contest that explores statistical innovations in football. He joins the NFL ranks after spending three years as a data engineer across McKinsey & Company, Caserta and Lendio. He also spent time in various roles at FedEx from 2018-21, working as an engineer and a financial analyst after first joining the company as a summer intern in 2017. Davis graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.
