KAELYN BUSKEY enters her second season as the Ravens assistant strength & conditioning coach, earning a promotion in 2023 after her training camp internships with Baltimore's strength & conditioning staff during the 2022 season and 2021 training camp. In her role, Buskey assists all sports science, speed, strength training and recovery initiatives, working closely with strength & conditioning coordinator Scott Elliott to oversee a program that helps prepare players for the rigors of each NFL season. Before joining the Ravens, she spent several years working as the performance director at Power Train Sports, a sports performance and training facility in Pennsylvania. Buskey graduated with a degree in interactive and graphic design in 2019 from Millersville (PA) University, where she also excelled at first and second base for the school's softball team. Her twin sister, Raeann, also played softball at Millersville. Buskey is a Mechanicsburg, PA, native and prepped at Cumberland Valley (Mechanicsburg, PA) HS.
