DeAndre Hopkins wore No. 8 last year in Kansas City, but he obviously wasn't going to keep that jersey in Baltimore with Lamar Jackson as a teammate
Hopkins, who inked his new contract with the Ravens Friday afternoon, will wear No. 10, which is the same number he donned as a Houston Texan, Tennessee Titan, and Arizona Cardinal.
Hopkins wore No. 8 with the Chiefs because running back Isiah Pacheco had No. 10. Hopkins said he picked No. 8 as a nod to Kobe Bryant.
In a social media post from 2020, Hopkins explained the family reason why he wears No. 10.
