Derrick Henry's impact in Baltimore is going beyond the football field.

After buying coats for all 465 students at Curtis Bay Elementary in Baltimore, Henry was named the NFLPA Community MVP for Week 10. It's the second time a Raven has received the award this season, with rookie Nate Wiggins winning it in Week 5.

"It's an honor to be named Community MVP," Henry said. "It's a blessing to be a blessing to others and I'm thankful for the opportunity to help level the playing field for today's youth."

Before the school year started, Henry hosted an event at Curtis Bay Elementary where he supplied 200 students with backpacks and school essentials.

After the event, Henry kept in touch with the school and asked where else he could help. With winter approaching, coats were a big need, and Henry delivered.

In receiving the award, the NFLPA will donate $10,000 to a foundation or charity of Henry's choice.
