Kyle Hamilton is back at Ravens practice a week after suffering an ankle injury.
That's an encouraging sign that arguably the Ravens' most critical defender has at least a chance to play Sunday in Pittsburgh. Hamilton was officially listed as a limited participant.
Ravens outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy also returned to practice Thursday after missing Wednesday's practice due to illness. Tight end Isaiah Likely (hamstring) was a full participant after returning to the field Wednesday.
Lamar Jackson (NIR-rest/knee), cornerback Arthur Maulet (calf), and defensive tackle Travis Jones (ankle) all popped up on the injury report for the first time this week and were limited participants. Maulet was seen in the locker room after practice in a walking boot.
Baltimore has full participation Thursday, which is pretty remarkable considering it's Week 11 in a grueling NFL season and the Ravens' bye is still three weeks away.
Hamilton has the second-most tackles (71) and passes defensed (seven) on the team, as well as two sacks, three tackles for loss, and one forced fumble. He is Baltimore's highest-graded defender on Pro Football Focus by a wide margin.
The Ravens' 27th-ranked defense is going against Pittsburgh's hot offense, led by veteran quarterback Russell Wilson, and having Hamilton would give Baltimore a much better shot at turning things around. Hamilton has missed just three games so far in his NFL career.
One Running Back Returns, Another Doesn't Practice for Steelers
Steelers starting running back Najee Harris (ankle) was a full participant in Thursday's practice after not practicing Wednesday. However, running back Jaylen Warren (back) popped up on the injury report and did not practice Thursday.
Linebacker Nick Herbig (hamstring) was a full participant for the second day in a row. He has not played since Week 5.
Cornerback Donte Jackson (hamstring) was limited Thursday after not practicing Wednesday.
