Lamar Jackson did not practice for a second straight day Thursday as the Ravens continue to prepare to take on the Denver Broncos.
Jackson is listed with a back/knee issue on the injury report, though Head Coach John Harbaugh said on Wednesday it was just a "rest day."
"He's been playing great, and we have a lot of football in front of us," Harbaugh said. "We have a game, a quick game, and another big game coming up, so that was warranted today."
After the Ravens play the Broncos, they have a quick turnaround for "Thursday Night Football" against the Bengals, followed by an AFC North bout with the first-place Steelers.
Asked about the difficulty of preparing for Sunday's game without Jackson, Offensive Coordinator Todd Monken said, "It is what it is. Josh [Johnson] can use the work."
The Ravens were also without three defensive linemen at Thursday's practice: Travis Jones (ankle), Broderick Washington (knee), and Brent Urban (concussion). Washington was limited on Wednesday. Michael Pierce (calf) was placed on injured reserve earlier this week.
Baltimore's only healthy defensive lineman on the 53-man roster is Nnamdi Madubuike. Baltimore brought back veteran nose tackle Josh Tupou this week to the practice squad.
The Ravens did have cornerback Arthur Maulet (neck) and rookie running back Rasheen Ali (ankle) back on the field. Ali was a limited participant.
Cornerbacks Marlon Humphrey (knee) and Nate Wiggins (shoulder/illness) practiced for the second straight day. Wiggins was a fall participant Thursday while Humphrey remained limited.
