Lamar Jackson to Make His Acting Debut

Lamar Jackson has been in the NFL spotlight for years, but he will be on a different big stage soon.

Jackson is set to make his acting debut in an upcoming episode of "Power Book III: Raising Kanan," a crime drama series on Starz. Jackson will appear in one episode as a character named E-Tone, according to People Magazine.

"I'm so excited for fans to see me in this new role and thrilled to be part of 'Power Book III: Raising Kanan," Jackson wrote on Instagram. "My character, E-Tone, is a deadly, dangerous character – you don't want to get on his bad side!"

This has been a long-time-coming for Jackson, who hinted at his desire to join the show back in 2023.

According to rapper 50 Cent, who is a producer of Kanan, Jackson could make his debut on Friday night when the show airs at 8 p.m. ET.
