What's New at M&T Bank Stadium

M&T Bank Stadium
M&T Bank Stadium

The Ravens kick off the 2024 season at M&T Bank Stadium Sunday against the Las Vegas Raiders. Here's what's new for fans:

THE BLACKWING:

The Blackwing features a large shared private club space, with 10 individual season suites, and one of the best vantage points in M&T Bank Stadium to catch all the action. With a vibe that feels like a throwback to a speakeasy bar and lounge, the experience includes concierge service, ultra-premium food and beverage options, including featured cocktails crafted by experienced mixologists. Suite guests will enjoy enclosed balconies with retractable glass windows, perfect for any weather conditions.

FIELD SEATS:

This season, 138 exclusive field seats flanking each side of the northwest and southwest corners were installed. The two rows of plush seating offer fans an opportunity to enjoy Ravens games from one of the stadium's most intimate and unique vantage points. Additionally, upon completion of a series of transformative projects (beginning in 2025), these field seating options will include membership to world-class, all-inclusive field-level club spaces located underneath the lower level and behind the north (visitors) and south (home) sidelines, respectively.

FANATICS FLOCK SHOPS:

For over a decade, Fanatics has operated the Ravens' e-commerce business but, as part of a new long-term expansion of the relationship, Fanatics will now also oversee the in-stadium retail business at M&T Bank Stadium. Fanatics will use its industry-leading fan apparel assortment and on-demand manufacturing capabilities to keep all retail channels stocked with the latest designs and products from top brands and local licensees, which will curate collections unique to the Ravens that celebrate both the culture of Baltimore and the fan base's passion for the team. Flock Shop locations on gameday can be found at sections 100, 103 113,119, 126, 136, 144, 148, 203, 226, 248, 501, 514, 536, and 540!

HOSPITALITY EVERMORE

This summer, Hospitality Evermore was introduced as M&T Bank Stadium's new food and beverage partner to further evolve gameday menus with the latest culinary offerings and the most skilled hospitality staff gameday can offer – while also honoring our long-standing Flock Friendly pricing program. As CEO Andy Lansing, said, "Our focus is on bringing wonderful flavors and hospitality to M&T Bank Stadium in a way that celebrates cherished traditions with new and improved modern amenities. We're looking forward to getting started." M&T Bank Stadium will now have Amazon Just Walk Out technology to offer guests a fast, frictionless way to shop without the hassle of checking out. Guests will tap card, enter shop, pick out items, and exit the store. Sensors and cameras sense what item the guest has taken and will charge them automatically. Discover our exciting new food options & cutting-edge technology!

MILLER LITE GATE HOUSE

A gateway to M&T Bank Stadium, the brand-new Miller Lite Gatehouse offers a social space for all fans to experience before and during every home game. With a sports bar vibe, fans can enjoy Miller Lite products, full bar, and socializing on the main floor while surrounded by video screens, all in a climate-controlled environment. Fans can enter the stadium via the Miller Lite Gatehouse with a valid game ticket on the stadium's east side just outside of Gate B. Fans who have entered the stadium at a different gate can enter from the lower concourse across from section 115/117. The Gatehouse will open 3 hours prior to kickoff and remain open for 1 ½ hours postgame!

ROOF DECK

On the second floor of the Miller Gatehouse lives our new "Roof Deck," where guests can take in the sights from the rooftop deck and gather "Baltimore style" under string lights while taking in city views with a favorite beverage. Before each game, the Roof Deck will be pregame home to our new Roof Deck Hospitality Package, which offers a premium hospitality experience combining pregame access to the Roofdeck along with tickets for individual home games. This package begins 2 ½ hours before kickoff and closes 30 minutes prior. This all-inclusive package is perfect for company outings, entertaining clients or gathering family and friends. The Roof Deck will be open for all fans to enjoy starting 15 minutes prior to kickoff and remain open for 1 ½ hours postgame!

CAESARS SPORTSBOOK CLUB LEVEL UPDATES

In addition to our new spaces and offerings, the Caesars Sportsbook Club Level also underwent a complete refresh, including brand-new restrooms, all new furniture, lighting, televisions, carpeting, paint, and design changes. Not to mention new concepts in culinary & beverage offerings and merchandise from our partnerships with Hospitality Evermore and Fanatics. The Club Level concourse offers a more open concept to allow additional space for guests to socialize and communicate with staff if needed.

JOHNNY UNITAS & RAY LEWIS STATUES RELOCATED

The statues of Johnny Unitas and Ray Lewis, previously located on the North side of the stadium outside of Gate A, have been relocated to the South side of the stadium, outside of Gate D, for the 2024 season to allow for work to begin on our brand-new North Plaza - coming in 2025! Both statues will return to Gate A upon completion of all stadium construction.

GUEST SERVICES & FIRST AID 118 (RELOCATED FROM 127)

Guest Services and First Aid 127 have relocated to section 118. Guests will experience the same great service at these new locations and may go to Guest Services 118 for a chance to get their 1st game certificates, special moment buttons, or get assistance with any issues they may have on gameday. We have also added Guest Service Carts at sections 118 & 127 to assist with questions or to celebrate special moments here at M&T Bank Stadium!
