13 Ravens Who Have Stood Out at Camp So Far
Here are the players who have turned heads in the first week of Ravens training camp.
![OLB Tyus Bowser
Bowser looks like he may be ready to make a contract-year leap fans have seen from other Baltimore pass rushers. Bowser has shown an improved bull rush to go along with the explosive quickness he's always possessed. He's knocking blockers back and has been chasing quarterbacks around the field.](https://static.clubs.nfl.com/image/private/t_new_photo_album/t_lazy/f_auto/ravens/kondlkmz5vxmqejslpqv.jpg)

![WR Miles Boykin
After an offseason building up his core strength and endurance, Boykin has shown early promise that he can make the Year 2 jump so many are expecting from him. He's playing with more confidence and doesn't seem like he's caught thinking as much. Boykin has used his 6-foot-4, 220-pound frame to make contested catches and haul in some leaping grabs over defenders.](https://static.clubs.nfl.com/image/private/t_new_photo_album/t_lazy/f_auto/ravens/neka82h7mnslahwpsgaz.jpg)

![WR Marquise "Hollywood" Brown
After giving fans an elongated teaser on social media this summer, Brown has delivered since stepping back on the field with a healthy foot and added muscle. He says he's not to his top speed yet, but he's still blowing by the Ravens' Pro Bowl cornerbacks multiple times every practice. He had two long touchdowns on Friday, going deep for one and then just outrunning everyone on a shallow crossing route on the other.](https://static.clubs.nfl.com/image/private/t_new_photo_album/t_lazy/f_auto/ravens/gfkyzc1b6libw5bk0apr.jpg)

![DE Calais Campbell
The veteran free-agent addition has been dominant so far in both individual drills and 11-on-11 work. He's always around the football, whether it be in the run game or pass rush. Campbell's larger-than-life personality (which matches his physical size) has also been a big hit with teammates and coaches.](https://static.clubs.nfl.com/image/private/t_new_photo_album/t_lazy/f_auto/ravens/bisw0lqwylruz23wfehf.jpg)

![RB J.K. Dobbins
The rookie has a burst that immediately jumps out on the practice field. He's smooth, twitchy, powerful and fast. Dobbins has also shown his versatility as a pass catcher and could be dangerous in a variety of roles in the Ravens' loaded backfield.](https://static.clubs.nfl.com/image/private/t_new_photo_album/t_lazy/f_auto/ravens/tvlkirbgylrlepioarxe.jpg)

![WRs Devin Duvernay & James Proche II
It's not easy for rookie wide receivers to immediately stand out, especially ones that missed so much practice time this summer, but both of the Ravens' rookie draft picks at receiver have impressed. Duvernay has big-time speed and has made several deep catches, even against the first-team defense. Proche has quick feet and reliable hands that will make him a weapon over the middle, and he made the best catch of camp so far with a full diving snag deep down the seam.](https://static.clubs.nfl.com/image/private/t_new_photo_album/t_lazy/f_auto/ravens/g7tzogwyi71igop6bvnw.jpg)

![G D.J. Fluker
Fluker's physical presence is impressive considering he cut his body fat in half (44 percent to 22). He's a mountain of a man but is moving well after an aggressive offseason of training. Like Campbell, his fun-loving personality has also been well received. Fluker is putting his best foot forward in the competition for the starting right guard spot.](https://static.clubs.nfl.com/image/private/t_new_photo_album/t_lazy/f_auto/ravens/yaccov5sixx4xyhi74fl.jpg)

![QB Lamar Jackson
The reigning MVP is throwing his deep ball with more consistency so far, and he hasn't been shy about taking shots. Quarterbacks Coach James Urban also said he was ahead of schedule with his mechanics this offseason. Jackson looks ready to improve on what was an unreal 2019 season.](https://static.clubs.nfl.com/image/private/t_new_photo_album/t_lazy/f_auto/ravens/ose7cg9rskxviphrcpfi.jpg)

![LBs Patrick Queen & Malik Harrison
Like the rookie wide receivers, the Ravens' young inside linebacker duo has gotten off to a strong start. Queen is flying around the field and looks to be in control. His ability to attack the line of scrimmage and play in space is special. Harrison has shown that he's more than just a downhill thumper, making some nice plays in one-on-one pass coverage drills. He did, however, show off his big body with a couple stops on goal-line drills Saturday.](https://static.clubs.nfl.com/image/private/t_new_photo_album/t_lazy/f_auto/ravens/qaa2v9mz26maronqwjnu.jpg)

![CB Jimmy Smith
Smith dropped 10-12 pounds this offseason and is moving very well. With Marlon Humphrey and Marcus Peters as the two starting outside cornerbacks, Smith is showing Defensive Coordinator Wink Martindale that he can be used in a variety of different ways. The Ravens have talked about Smith playing some safety this year, and he's a good player to help with specific matchups.](https://static.clubs.nfl.com/image/private/t_new_photo_album/t_lazy/f_auto/ravens/s8kjg0qizwgarnp3pgjq.jpg)

![CB Tavon Young
Returning from a neck injury that cost him all of last season, Young has looked like the same scrappy nickel corner that the Ravens signed to a long-term extension last offseason. It has been tough for quarterbacks to complete passes in Young's direction.](https://static.clubs.nfl.com/image/private/t_new_photo_album/t_lazy/f_auto/ravens/wkflxwpoqucqn9nde4lo.jpg)
