Five Free Agents Who Could Fit Ravens: Pass Rusher
Veteran Von Miller could boost Baltimore's pass rush on a short-term deal, but it wouldn't come cheap.

Von Miller, Los Angeles Rams
Age: 32
2021 Stats: 15 games, 50 tackles, 9.5 sacks, 17 QB hits
After helping the Rams win the Super Bowl, Miller is a future Hall of Famer with plenty of gas left in the tank. He had a combined 9 ½ sacks last season for the Broncos and Rams, and still makes impact plays in key situations. Seeing Miller in a Baltimore uniform instead of chasing Lamar Jackson would be a tantalizing scenario for Ravens fans, and joining Baltimore would give Miller a chance to win a Super Bowl with three different teams. However, Miller will have multiple suitors on the open market and his price tag will be expensive.

Jadeveon Clowney, Cleveland Browns
Age: 29 2021 stats: 14 games, 37 tackles, 9 sacks, 19 QB hits
Clowney helped his market value in 2021 by staying relatively injury-free and being productive. He's still young enough to harass quarterbacks for at least two or three more years. Clowney benefitted in Cleveland from playing opposite Myles Garrett, one of the NFL's most dominant players who commands double-team attention. Garrett wants Clowney to re-sign with the Browns, but if he were tempted to switch teams in the AFC North, Clowney would make Baltimore's pass rush stronger while making Cleveland's weaker.

Chandler Jones, Arizona Cardinals
Age: 32 2021 stats: 15 games, 41 tackles, 10.5 sacks, 26 QB hits
Jones has reached double-digit sacks four times in the past five seasons. He played 85 percent of Arizona's defensive snaps last year and was also effective defending the run. However, after having five sacks Week 1 against the Tennessee Titans, Jones didn't have another sack until Week 9. Does that indicate Jones is starting to decline, or would a change of scenery give him a jumpstart? Teams will ponder that question before deciding whether to pursue Jones, but there will be a market for a proven pass rusher with 107.5 career sacks.

Haason Reddick, Carolina Panthers
Age: 27 2021 stats: 16 games, 68 tackles, 11 sacks, 18 QB hits
Reddick will have strong leverage during free agency as a player in his prime coming off his second straight season with double-digit sacks. Tyus Bowser led Baltimore with seven sacks in 2021, but suffered a torn Achilles in the season finale. Signing Reddick would add another pass-rushing threat to a position that includes Bowser and Odafe Oweh, while reducing the urgency to draft a pass rusher. Reddick has only missed one game in five seasons and competes with a relentless motor. Any team that wants Reddick will likely have to move quickly in free agency to get him.

Emmanuel Ogbah, Miami Dolphins
Age: 28 2021 stats: 17 games, 41 tackles, 9 sacks, 24 quarterback hits
With nine sacks in each of the last two seasons, Ogbah has established himself as a consistent pass rusher while playing somewhat under the radar in Miami. He was used as a defensive lineman in Miami's system and was versatile enough to generate pressure both inside and coming off the edge. His quarterback hits have trended upward over the last three years, and his best football is likely ahead if he stays healthy. There are bigger names in the free agent market, but Ogbah could be a valuable pickup for the team that spends to get him.
