Justin Houston

After leading the Ravens with 9.5 sacks in 2022, the 34-year-old Houston said he didn't plan to retire and would be open to a third season in Baltimore. He has reportedly also drawn interest from other teams. He has been a mentor to young pass rushers Odafe Oweh and David Ojabo, and returning would give Houston another shot at the Super Bowl ring he covets.

Jadeveon Clowney

Coming off of a quiet year for the Browns with just two sacks in 12 games, Clowney remains available and has something to prove at age 30. Joining the Ravens would give Clowney a chance to face the Browns twice while playing for an AFC North contender.

Jason Pierre-Paul

Pierre-Paul had three sacks in 14 games with Baltimore last season and is approaching 100 career sacks (94.5). Returning to the Ravens as a situational pass rusher could appeal to Pierre-Paul, who is entering his 14th season at age 34.

Melvin Ingram

Ingram had six sacks for Miami last season and played in all 17 games, helping the Dolphins make the playoffs. A three-time Pro Bowler with the Chargers during his prime (2017-19), Ingram remains one of the top edge rushers available.

Yannick Ngakoue

The well-traveled Ngakoue, who has played for five different teams since the start of 2019, spent 11 games with the Ravens in 2020 and produced just three sacks. While a reunion with Baltimore may be unlikely, the Maryland product has 65 career sacks and is only 28 years old.

Robert Quinn

Quinn isn't far removed from his monster season in 2021 when he had a league-leading 18.5 sacks with the Bears. He only had two sacks last season playing seven games for Chicago and six games with the Eagles after a midseason trade. Quinn has 102.0 career sacks and likely wants to join a contender at age 33.

Dawuane Smoot

Smoot has been a consistent defensive end for Jacksonville with 22.5 sacks over the past four seasons. However, he suffered a torn Achilles in December, making his availability for Week 1 uncertain. Smoot may draw more interest later this summer when his recovery is further along.

Carlos Dunlap

Dunlap's four sacks with the Chiefs last season raised his career total to 100, and he also captured his first Super Bowl ring. With those goals accomplished, Dunlap is an option for a team looking for a veteran rusher. He's very familiar with the AFC North after spending his first 11 seasons with the Bengals.
