Right out of the gate, we get a look at how the Ravens offense will operate with Bateman as the No. 1 wide receiver without Marquise "Hollywood" Brown. Bateman will draw rookie No. 4-overall pick Sauce Gardner, a player many Ravens fans were dreaming would fall to Baltimore.

The Dolphins went all-out to reel in Hill, who instantly energizes their offense. Humphrey will likely draw the matchup with one of the league's best considering Marcus Peters figures to be playing in just his second game back from his knee injury and Humphrey brings physicality and speed to try to run with the Cheetah.

Baltimore's new starting right guard draws the talented former Raven who was a big hit in his first season in New England. Judon is a threat as both a pass rusher and run stopper and he knows the Ravens offense well.

Allen has one of the biggest arms in the NFL and will challenge Baltimore's defense all over the field. He's often a threat to run, especially on third down when the Bills need a play to move the chains. It will be on Queen to help keep Allen contained.

The last time Burrow faced the Ravens, he thew for 525 yards and four touchdowns. Williams was brought to Baltimore to put a lid on opposing quarterbacks, particularly with the deep ball that Burrow thrives on with his trio of talented wide receivers.

The Ravens' former defensive coordinator will have fond memories and words for his former longtime employers during the week, but he'll surely be looking to make a statement on Sunday after his departure this offseason. Martindale and Roman know each other well and both will be looking to capitalize on the others' mistake.

If Stanley isn't 100 percent by Week 1, he should be by Week 7. The Ravens need their All-Pro left tackle going against one of the best defensive players in the league in Garrett, who registered 16 sacks last season.

The Ravens brought in Williams to strike fear in opposing quarterbacks' hearts. Brady used to find Ed Reed before every play. It's not fair to compare Williams to Reed, but his role is similar. Baltimore wants its new free safety to make plays.

Bateman gets a test against one of the league's most talented cornerbacks. The Ravens considered trading up for Lattimore before drafting Humphrey in 2017.

If healthy, McCaffrey is one of the league's most dangerous offensive players and a matchup nightmare for linebackers, particularly as a pass-catcher out of the backfield. Queen has stated his desire to keep improving his coverage. He has the athleticism to match up.

If the Ravens want to get the ground game going against the Jaguars, they'll have to outrun top-overall pick Travon Walker. Dobbins should be at full strength by Week 12.

In his first game as a Raven, Peters baited Wilson into a pick-six while in Seattle in 2019. Peters is the ultimate mental competitor and he'll try to trick Wilson again now that he's a Bronco.

Watt crushed the Ravens' attempt at a two-point conversion for the win last year when he leapt in Jackson's passing window. He's also been a terror as a pass rusher versus Baltimore and tied the single-season sack record last year at M&T Bank Stadium. Jackson will be looking to one up him this time.

The Ravens will look to spoil Watson's first home game against Baltimore as a member of the Browns and Oweh is a strong candidate to do so. After not registering a sack in his final four games, then missing the last two of the season, Oweh will be looking to finish strong. He also has the speed to make sure Watson doesn't beat Baltimore with his legs.

Baltimore envisions the big-bodied, fluid Hamilton matching up with some of the top receiving tight ends in the league and Pitts is certainly in that class. Pitts posted 68 catches for 1,026 yards as a rookie. Hamilton will have a lot of experience under his belt by the time this game rolls around.

Andrews is the Ravens' top receiving weapon and he'll go against one of the toughest safeties in Fitzpatrick. Andrews has averaged less than 50 yards per game against the Steelers over his career and has yet to score a touchdown against them. He'll be looking to change that.

Chase roasted Humphrey in the teams' first matchup last season to the tune of 201 yards and a touchdown. Humphrey had the one-on-one matchup for that and took the blame. Now he'll be looking to close out the regular season by holding one of the game's top young talents in check.
