Relive Every Win in Ravens’ 19-Game Preseason Streak
There have been a lot of standout plays and players during the Ravens' record-tying 19-game preseason winning streak started in 2016.

Win 1: Aug. 11, 2016 vs. Carolina – 22-19
The Ravens' 19-game preseason win streak started with Ryan Mallett. Joe Flacco was coming off a season-ending knee injury and John Harbaugh wasn't ready to throw him into game action yet. That mean Mallett got the start and he threw for 91 yards and a touchdown. Terrance West scored two touchdowns. Darren Waller was the Ravens' leading receiver with five catches for 48 yards.

Win 2: Aug. 20, 2016 at Indianapolis – 19-18
The Ravens' second win of the streak had the rarest of endings. The Colts scored a touchdown with three minutes, 54 seconds left to take a one-point lead. They went for a two-point conversion to try to extend it to three, but Anthony Levine Sr. stepped in front of Stephen Morris' pass and returned it 97 yards for a two-point defensive PAT conversion, giving the Ravens a 19-18 win.

Win 3: Aug. 27, 2016 vs. Detroit – 30-9
The Ravens routed the Lions, but the night was marred when tight end Benjamin Watson suffered a season-ending torn Achilles on the first play. After the game, Harbaugh offered an unsolicited take that four preseason games is too many. "We can find ways to get our guys ready to go and evaluated without the risk the game necessarily entails," he said. How many games would he like it shortened to? "If I had my druthers, I'd go none." Harbaugh has often played his starters less than other teams, and this underscored why.

Win 4: Sept. 1, 2016 at New Orleans – 23-14
The fourth preseason game is a chance for those last remaining bubble players to earn a roster spot. Undrafted rookie defensive tackle Michael Pierce did just that when he sacked Saints quarterback Luke McCown and recovered the fumble himself in the end zone for a touchdown. Pierce went on to have a stellar four-year run in Baltimore.

Win 5 : Aug. 10, 2017 vs. Washington – 23-3
The Ravens defense, which added free agent defensive backs Tony Jefferson and Brandon Carr, started the game with three straight three-and-outs of a Kirk Cousins-led offense. "It was fire. We went out there and set the tone," Jefferson said. Justin Tucker boomed a 59-yard field goal to close out the first half and showed some of his signature dance moves.

Win 6: Aug. 17, 2017, at Miami – 31-7
This was the Josh Woodrum game. After an uneven start by Ryan Mallett, Woodrum entered at the start of the second half and ran for two touchdowns while passing for 110 yards. A young journeyman who was with his fifth team in about 16 months, Woodrum endeared himself with his story, including getting inspiration from his younger brother, who has Down syndrome and won two Gold medals in the 2010 Special Olympics. Overnight, he became beloved in Baltimore.

Win 7: Aug. 26, 2017 vs. Buffalo – 13-9
Ravens fans always find themselves rooting for undrafted rookies to make the team and cornerback Jaylen Hill out of Jacksonville State was the favorite in 2017. He had a nose for the football and showed it with an impressive interception of Bills quarterback T.J. Yates. It was Hill's second interception of the preseason as Baltimore's defense continued to dominate. Hill made the 53-man roster out of camp.

Win 8: Aug. 31, 2017 at New Orleans – 14-13
First-round rookie cornerback Marlon Humphrey displayed his physicality with a huge hit on Saints running back Daniel Lasco on an outside run, popping the ball loose for a Ravens recovery. Humphrey ran around screaming in excitement, another display of the passion he plays with. Humphrey had the forced fumble, a pass breakup, and four tackles. Defensive tackle Carl Davis also had an interception that set up the Ravens' first touchdown.

Win 9: Aug. 2, 2018 vs. Chicago (Hall of Fame Game) – 17-16
Kamalei Correa had his breakout on national TV in the Hall of Fame Game. Correa started with an interception and 19-yard return. He then added three sacks and a fumble later in the game. Better yet, he did it all in front of incoming Hall of Fame linebackers Ray Lewis and Brian Urlacher in what was a defensive-dominated game. The Ravens held on for the win by disrupting the Bears' two-point conversion attempt with just under three minutes to go.

Win 10: Aug. 9, 2018 vs. Los Angeles Rams – 33-7
After Joe Flacco led a 10-play, 71-yard touchdown drive to start the game, rookie Lamar Jackson stepped in and put on a show. It was Jackson's first time embarrassing a
NFL defender, as he sent a Rams defensive lineman tumbling to the turf with an eye-opening juke move before eluding another tackle for a 9-yard touchdown scramble. "They tried to get to me, I made a guy miss. Then I did what I do best and tried to get in the end zone," Jackson said.

Win 11: Aug. 20, 2018 at Indianapolis – 20-19
Anthony Levine Sr. loves preseason games in Indy. The Ravens spoiled Andrew Luck's first home start since Jan. 1, 2017 as Levine picked him off before he even made one completion. Levine tipped a dart to himself as Luck tried to fire a touchdown pass on the run. The Colts scored a touchdown with about two minutes left and went for the win with a two-point conversion, but P.J. Walker's quarterback keeper was stuffed by defensive end Bronson Kaufusi and linebacker Kenny Young, preserving Baltimore's win.

Win 12: Aug. 25, 2018 at Miami – 27-10
In his return home to South Florida, Lamar Jackson entered the game at the start of the second half with the Ravens trailing, 10-3. He led touchdown drives of 84, 62 and 73 yards and had his best showing as a pro, completing 7 of 10 passes for 98 yards and a touchdown while also running in for an electric 19-yard score. "Today was kind of his breaking-out in the game," Head Coach John Harbaugh said. "We've seen it in practice where he's done some really good things. We hadn't really seen it in the game yet."

Win 13: Aug. 30, 2018 vs. Washington – 30-20
One of the best parts of preseason games is watching players on the back end of the roster get their chance to make plays they'll remember forever. In the final preseason game, undrafted second-year safety Kai Nacua plucked an interception off the head of a Washington receiver and tight roped 23 yards up the sideline for a touchdown. Led by veteran safety Eric Weddle, the entire Ravens bench cleared to celebrate with Nacua, who was waived the next day.

Win 14: Aug. 8, 2019 vs. Jacksonville – 29-0
Undrafted kicker Kaare Vedvik probably would have landed an NFL kicking job in 2018 had he not been brutally assaulted late one night in Baltimore. His journey was delayed by a year, but Vedvik rebounded in 2019 and put it all together for a magical night in which he booted four field goals from 55, 45, 26 and 29 yards. The Minnesota Vikings traded a fifth-round pick for him three days later. The defense ruled the day in this preseason game, with linebacker Kenny Young putting an exclamation point on it by blasting Gardner Minshew's helmet off his head with a crushing hit.

Win 15: Aug. 15, 2019 vs. Green Bay – 26-13
Jackson sent M&T Bank Stadium into a tizzy with an 18-yard touchdown run in which he juked one defender, then hurdled another (Packers cornerback Jaire Alexander). The play was nullified by a holding penalty but it didn't matter. It was clear that Jackson, in his first preseason as the starter, was on his way to a special season. Justin Tucker kicked four field goals from 52, 45, 41 and 38 yards.

Win 16: Aug. 22, 2019 at Philadelphia – 26-15
With Lamar Jackson sitting and Robert Griffin III out with a thumb injury, rookie Trace McSorley had a superb night with 203 yards and two touchdowns passing and another score on the ground. He dropped a perfect 28-yard touchdown over Michael Floyd's outside shoulder. The game was stopped with about 12 minutes left in the fourth quarter because of lightning, but the rout was already on after Baltimore jumped out to a 26-0 lead.

Win 17: Aug. 29, 2019 at Washington – 20-7
Trace McSorley got the start again and was effective in showing the Ravens should keep three quarterbacks, throwing for 171 yards and a pretty over-the-shoulder 24-yard touchdown to Jaleel Scott. "I don't think it's a matter of whether Trace has earned a place in the team," Head Coach John Harbaugh said. "He would have a role for us."

Win 18: Aug. 14, 2021 vs. New Orleans – 17-14
The Ravens' streak was in danger as offensive line issues flat-lined the offense for much of the first half. Tyler Huntley took over in the second and got the unit going with his legs, then scored the go-ahead touchdown midway through the fourth quarter when he darted up the middle for a 7-yard score. Huntley led the Ravens in rushing with seven carries for 43 yards and the defense forced a whopping six turnovers, including a game-sealing interception by rookie cornerback Shaun Wade.

Win 19: Aug. 21, 2021 at Carolina – 20-3
After Tyler Huntley's first pass of the game was intercepted deep in Ravens territory, safety DeShon Elliott stood tall with back-to-back goal-line stops from the 1-yard line. Baltimore's defense dominated, including allowing just 18 yards after halftime on 15 offensive plays by the Panthers. Second-year running back Ty'Son Williams had a dazzling touchdown run late in the fourth quarter in which he juked and dragged multiple Carolina defenders.
