Open your tickets ahead of time in the Ravens app and scan your phone at the gate!
Mobile tickets are best for those that are sharing season tickets or those that are bringing different guests to the games and want to easily send tickets to friends.​

How Do I Access My Secure Digital Tickets via Smartphone?
1. Launch the Ravens app
2. Choose "TICKETS" in the bottom menu, then choose "Manage My Tickets"
3. "LOG IN WITH SEATGEEK" with your email address and password (same as your online account)
4. Tap the game you want to manage
5. View your tickets before you go and they're always ready in the App, even when WiFi is slow. There should be a red line moving around your QR Code.
6. Show your mobile ticket at the gate! **Remember that screenshots will not get you in
Tickets will be available for PSL Owners once the schedule is released and the account is paid in full.
How Do I Access My Digital Parking Passes via Smartphone?
1. Launch the Ravens Mobile app.
2. Tap "TICKETS" in the bottom menu, then tap "Manage My Tickets."
3. "LOG IN WITH SEATGEEK" with your email address and password (same as your online account)
4. Tap the game you want to manage
5. Locate where it says "PASSES" and tap to view your parking pass
5. The visible QR code for your parking pass will appear. If you need to transfer your parking pass to a friend, select "SEND" and enter your friend's information.
6. Show your mobile parking pass during entry to the lot!

How to Transfer Your Tickets to Your Guest
Once you have signed into your account, tap the game you wish to transfer.
1. Select "SEND"
2. Type in the email or phone number of the recipient.
3. Tap "Quantity" to select the number of tickets you are sending. After doing so, verify that the email or phone number is correct.
4. Tap "Send Ticket." This will finalize the transaction.
How to Sell Your Tickets
1. Download & launch the Ravens app.
2. Choose "Tickets" in the bottom menu, then select "Manage My Tickets".
3. Sign-in to My Ravens Account with with the same email address that is on your Ravens account.
4. Select the game and then select "Sell".
5. Chose the seat(s) you wish to sell, then click "Select a Payout"
6. Enter the price you wish to sell each seat for and select "Set Price"
7. You can select to be paid via direct deposit* or seller credit (Applied to your Ravens Account).
Select your preferred option, then click " List 2 Tickets" You can edit or cancel the listing at any time
* Please note: payments will be deposited 7-10 days after the game has been played. Some sellers may be required to provide additional tax information.
How to Claim Tickets That Were Transferred to You
If you are receiving tickets from a friend, you will first need to accept the tickets that were sent to you. You will receive an email with a link directing you to log in to your Ravens SeatGeek account or create a new account. You will use a browser to claim the tickets: safari or chrome on a mobile device or any browser on a desktop computer. After accepting the tickets, you will download the Baltimore Ravens Mobile App to access your mobile tickets!
How to Create a New Ravens Ticket Account
PSL Owner accounts have already been created. Please use the "Forgot Password" link or call the SeatGeek support line at 888-439-2536 to get assistance.
For those accepting tickets for the first time, click the "New to SeatGeek? Connect Account" option. Be sure to sign up with the same email the tickets were sent to.
