Rookie outside linebacker Adisa Isaac has been activated from the Non-Football Injury List and joined his first training camp practice on Tuesday.
Isaac was the Ravens' third-round pick in April after a senior season at Penn State where he recorded 7.5 sacks and 37 tackles, including 16 tackles for loss.
Head Coach John Harbaugh said in May that Isaac was dealing with a hamstring issue, and he did not participate in rookie minicamp, Organized Team Activities, and mandatory minicamp.
Isaac will join the outside linebacker group at practice and compete for playing time. Odafe Oweh, who is having an outstanding training camp, and Kyle Van Noy, who had nine sacks last season, are back to lead the outside linebacker rotation. However, Jadeveon Clowney departed to the Carolina Panthers in free agency, while outside linebacker Malik Hamm was placed on injured reserve last week after suffering a knee injury.
Isaac, Tavius Robinson, and David Ojabo all have an opportunity for more reps, as does Malik Harrison who can play both inside and outside.
