Ravens Draft Offensive Lineman Garrett Dellinger in Seventh Round (No. 243)

The Ravens took their third offensive lineman in this year's draft by selecting Garrett Dellinger of LSU in the seventh round (243rd overall).

Baltimore fortified its offensive front earlier by taking tackles Emery Jones Jr. of LSU (third round) and Carson Vinson of Alabama A&M (fifth round).

Dellinger was a three-year starter at left guard for LSU, where he played with Jones, and is one of the most athletic linemen in the draft.

Baltimore will have a new starting left guard after Patrick Mekari's departure to the Jacksonville Jaguars in free agency. Even if he does not compete for a starting job, the 6-foot-5, 320-pound Dellinger will add depth at guard.

He played alongside Will Campbell, the fourth overall pick this year by the New England Patriots to form perhaps the strongest left side in college football.
