The Baltimore Ravens' new children's book, titled "Poe's Road Trip to Ravens Gameday," is now available for purchase at the Ravens Team Store at M&T Bank Stadium and online through retailers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million and MascotBooks.com.

The children's book, written by Poe and published by Mascot Books, follows Poe's journey throughout the week as he visits various Maryland landmarks leading up to gameday at M&T Bank Stadium.

The book was announced at the Sept. 12 unveiling of the Ravens Bookmobile and will be distributed for free on the Bookmobile to the students it serves.

"Mascot Books is always excited about publishing children's books for new teams," said Josh Patrick, director of marketing for Mascot Books. "Our company is based in Washington, D.C., so it's extremely special working with a team in our backyard in Baltimore, and what the Ravens have done with the Bookmobile has been awesome!"

"This new children's book is a great complement to the literacy support we're providing children in Baltimore," stated Heather Darney, director of community relations and executive director of the Ravens Foundation, Inc. "Our ultimate goal is to get our youth excited about reading. There's no better way to do that than by having them join alongside Poe as he travels around Maryland preparing for Ravens gameday."

Proceeds from all book sales will benefit the Ravens Foundation and its dedication to supporting children's literacy in Maryland.

An official book signing with Poe will be announced at a later date.
