The Baltimore Ravens have reached the sellout capacity of 70,000 tickets for the A.C. Milan vs. Chelsea Football Club matchup that will be played Friday, July 24, at M&T Bank Stadium.
Part of the World Football Challenge, which brings European teams to the U.S. to compete, the event marks the first time a soccer game has been held at M&T Bank Stadium. Other cities hosting the round-robin tournament include Atlanta, Dallas, Foxboro, Mass., Los Angeles and Palo Alto, Calif.
"It is incredibly exciting to see this level of support from our community for an international soccer event in Baltimore," Ravens vice president of ticket sales and operations Baker Koppelman stated.
"A sold out stadium helps to create the energy that fans want to experience on game day," Ravens president **Dick Cass** added. "It certainly helps us to attract even bigger events for the city in the future."
