Left guard Andrew Vorhees (ankle) and returner Deonte Harty (knee) are inactive for the Ravens in Week 5 against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Vorhees, who was a full participant Friday, will miss his second straight game after opening the season as the starting left guard. His absence likely means the Ravens will start veteran Patrick Mekari at left guard for the second straight week, with rookie Roger Rosengarten making his second consecutive start at right tackle. The offensive line played well with that lineup in Week 4 against the Buffalo Bills, when Derrick Henry rushed for 199 yards.

Harty wasn't on the injury report until Friday, when he was a full participant, but he will miss his first game of the season, meaning Tylan Wallace could take over the return duties against Cincinnati. Wallace has previous experience as a returner, highlighted by his game-winning punt return in overtime against the Los Angeles Rams last season.

Also inactive for the Ravens are four rookies in center Nick Samac, wide receiver Devontez Walker, safety Beau Brade, and outside linebacker Adisa Isaac.

Veteran pass rusher Yannick Ngakoue and running back Chris Collier were elevated from the practice squad on Saturday.

Inactive for the Bengals are starting nickel cornerback Mike Hilton (knee), starting defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins (hamstring), wide receiver Trenton Irwin, defensive end Cedric Johnson, and tight ends Tanner McLachan and Tanner Hudson.
