There are no surprises on the Ravens' Week 2 inactive list, which includes six of the seven players who were inactive Week 1.

Cornerback Maurice Canady is active after being promoted Saturday from the practice squad to the 53-man roster. Canady will provide cornerback depth against an Arizona Cardinals team that is expected to rely heavily on four-wide receiver formations.

Baltimore's inactives are as follows:

  • QB Trace McSorley
  • WR Jaleel Scott
  • CB Jimmy Smith
  • OLB Jaylon Ferguson
  • ILB Otaro Alaka
  • OG Ben Powers
  • DT Daylon Mack

Smith joined the inactive list with his knee injury suffered in Week 1 that will sideline him for multiple weeks. Former Ravens offensive tackle Greg Senat, who was inactive last week, was released Saturday when Canady was promoted.

Ravens tight end Mark Andrews is active after missing his first practice Friday (foot) since the start of training camp. Head Coach John Harbaugh said Andrews would play, and he went through pregame warmups without a hitch. Andrews was huge in Week 1 with eight catches for 108 yards and a touchdown.

Rookie wide receiver Marquise Brown (hip) is also active after missing Friday's practice. Brown also missed practice before the season-opener (foot) and still had a huge game, scoring touchdowns on his first two catches. Brown finished with four catches for 147 yards and two touchdowns in his NFL debut.

Starting Cardinals left guard Justin Pugh is active after coming down with an illness late in the week. Former Ravens wide receiver Michael Crabtree will make his debut for Arizona.

The Cardinals' inactives are rookie wide receiver Andy Isabella, backup offensive linemen Brett Toth, Joshua Miles, Jeremy Vunjnovich and Lamont Gaillard; and reserve defensive linemen Jonathan Bullard and Michael Dogbe.
