Head Coach Antonio Pierce

On closing out the game:

"I told those guys last night and throughout the week for us to beat the best team in football last year and still one of the best teams in football with the best football player in the game in Lamar [Jackson], we need all three units to play at their best. You like doing it for 60 minutes, but they all came together in the fourth quarter when we always talk about it and all three phases showed up."

On Maxx Crosby's big game:

"[Maxx Crosby was the] best player on the field today. That's what I asked. I asked our guys if it's their best versus our best, who's going to be the best when we're standing after the game? I think our two best players stood up – [No.] 17 [Davante Adams] and [No.] 98 [Maxx Crosby]."

On picking up the win:

"It's big and a win where we were 10-point underdogs; disrespect in the National Football League. I've been in the game a long time, not many times that teams get picked to lose by 10 points. Our guys took it personally. That was good."

WR Davante Adams

On Baltimore's coverage against him:

"I wouldn't say it was a lot of man-to-man coverage. In the second half, we saw a little bit more, because I wasn't targeted very much early. I think they saw that we were trying to establish the run game, [and they] played in those coverages. They ended up playing to help out a little more in the run game, but then you leave your [defensive backs] to cover one on one, and that's where we have to make them pay."

On his game-tying touchdown:

"Football is football, man. That's not the look we wanted, what we've been practicing all week. I got a different leverage from the guy covering me, so, it wasn't ideal, and I didn't get to run it the way I intended to do. But Gardner [Minshew II] stuck with me and gave me a ball that I [could] catch."

QB Gardner Minshew II

On his connection with Adams in the fourth quarter:

"[I] just throw him the ball when he is one on one. That dude makes you right. Even a couple times, [he was] getting pass interference. Those are huge plays for us as an offense, so being able to give him opportunities to get his hands on the ball is going to be really important for us."

On getting another win against the Ravens at M&T Bank Stadium:

"I think just persistence. They present great challenges. They are always great against the run. They always rush well. You know when you come in here, it's going to be a four-quarter game. Last year was five quarters or whatever. But no, you just have to keep playing, man and keep giving yourself a chance. Defense came up huge for us. Our special teams came up huge for us, and we found a way at the end."

LB Robert Spillane

On if the game slowed down on his interception:

"Yes, it's like time slowed down. On that play in particular, [it] was a play we got beat on in Detroit last year – the situational play. So, [it was] something that was still fresh in my mind and ready to go make it this time. [Jakorian Bennett] did a great job punching that ball out, and it knocked out right into my hands, and I was able to make a play on it."

On his turnover leading to points:

"We've got to do a good job of getting our offense the ball in scoring positions, and that's by creating turnovers, and I truly believe that's what flips these games over. We did a great job getting a good rush. Jakorian being locked down on his guy and the ball falling into my hands."

K Daniel Carlson

On his game-winning field goal:

"[It was] awesome, on the road, great job by the whole team – offense, defense and everyone out there. Great job running the ball and making my job easier and getting close to the goal line. Defense played great and closed out the game."

On the mindset on the final drive:

"It's a tie ballgame, and you kind of get the idea that there is a chance. I knew we would have a shot to possibly close out the game with a kick. Obviously, the defense did a great job. Special teams did great throughout the game. Offense did a good job of driving it down there to give us a short, easy kick."
